Alcohol Content is safe?

All jams have been cooked with alcohol, with the alcohol being cooked out in the process. We have had them tested and the content non existant, so it is safe for Children, or driving after consuming. Just the alcohol flavour is left behind to give the jam a unique flavor and texture.Alcohol content is around 125 ml per 4, 270ml jars so is minimal, and is cooked out in the cooking process.

How is it made?

All jams are small batch made and sealed in quality glass jars and lids. Being made by Gwenda in her Commercial Kitchen, with tested recipes, some developed by Gwenda herself. All jams have passed the Taste Testers test!

Where you can find us?

We have a Market Stall at Sobels Winery  - Handmade in the Hunter Markets, at Pokolbin, in the Hunter Valley in NSW,  twice  a month from February to December each year. Keep a track on Instagram or Facebook for the dates. We also have a stall at the Wine & Food Festival at St Ives, Sydney each September.  You can also mail order via this website.

If you are local to Maitland & The Hunter Valley, we are close by. We may be able to deliver your order- Minimum 6 jar orders. Ask us first!
